Neoturn is an electronic queueing solution which serves both: the customers to book and monitor a turn in a certain queue inside an organization, and the organizations/communities to manage the queues with waiting, finished and delayed status. Neoturn will notify the customers when their turns come up in both online/offline mode. Therefore, there will be no worries about missing/forgetting your turn during doing something else. No need to wait at the queue personally anymore. Neoturn can be used in any organization such as hospitals, labs, supermarkets, car wash/care shops, schools, offices...etc. There is no limitation who can use it.
Any organization is defined in the system with its country location, category, and its code. Also it can get registered through the app, define its queues and start managing them, while the customer can also get registered through the app and start searching for the queues of an organization to book a turn. Neoturn app is free, and it is at its starting phase. So you are welcome to give us your suggestions for new features/ideas to implement in the solution for the future. And please note that at the beginning, there may be just few number of organizations in the system based on your country.
